If you don't mind letting them see the other divisions, then as I said last post, you can accomplish this by displaying at the bottom of the screen your 3 custom categories and the 'Show All'. Then players and coaches would just select their division custom category to review, and the others would be hidden (actually a horizontal bar on a date would indicate other events). Everyone, including your administrator, could click 'Show All', and see everything. Currently you do not display any of your custom categories below the calendar.
