Hi there. No - we were told to contact them via email which we did. Support Case #96273 used for all instances (probably because it was the same issues reoccurring) from 10/2014-04/2015 (issue was occurring much earlier than this but we thought it was something we were doing wrong - turned out not to be a problem on our end at all). They have responded to our issues in the past but never solved the problem permanently. Because our calendar has been on the fritz for so long and we are unable to update it due to the same issues, we had requested a refund if the issues cannot be fixed. That's when we have received no response from the support team. If they had a phone number, we would contact them immediately to discuss. Considering the fact that we paid our yearly subscription since we opened an account, you would think we would at least be given a working product or refunded our payment if they cannot fix the problem.
