Thanks for the link. I was going to the wrong place. Because this calendar (http://www.localendar.com/public/OJPpatrol) is restricted to specific members, and once they go to the above site, and log in, the calendar they see now has the button 'Add Event', I assumed that the button 'Edit Event' would also be added there. But instead, they are supposed to go to http://www.localendar.com and log in, so they have access to the normal Localendar layout.

Maybe my situation is somewhat unique. I signed up all these specific members so they could access the calendar because the Police do not want it accessible to the general public. But they have never used Localendar before, and I am trying to keep it as simple as possible for them. With the way you have it configured, those added to 'Admin Permissions' can access lots of the Premium options, as well as Import and Publish from the Standard options--thing I do not want these folks to be able to do.

So would it be possible to add an 'Edit Event' button next to the 'Add Event' button for those given 'Admin Permissions' on the calendar at http://www.localendar.com/public/OJPpatrol ? That way, my other users would never even see the left hand column of the main Localendar screen which includes the Standard and Premium options?
