I ADDED it to my Email address for OJPpatrol already in use. I then created some new events, and the notices got sent correctly to BOTH addresses.

Yes, that is possible, but we don't recommend it b/c of the security risks. We haven't explicitly stopped members from doing this (and you are not the first)

We'll consider adding a separate notification option, but please be aware that having 2 "personal" email addresses means it is possible for someone else to request a password email reset for your account.
