Re: My reminders are now being sent out why not just use a specific email group (with 1 address) as the "calendar owner" email under Options->Security? Then you could have as many members as you wish. We could make the field larger to allow more emails to be crammed into that space, but the code is really intended to only send 1 email to 1 user. The distribution list idea would seem to work for both of us... btw, Category will take a bit of effort to add.
