According to Paypal, the attempt to renew your subscription on 4/22/2016 failed. Your subscription is in an expired state, which is why you are now seeing ads.

Paypal looks like they will try again on 4/25. Please make sure your information is up-to-date at Paypal. Alternatively, you can let eh current subscription continue to fail (I think Paypal will give up after one or two more tries) and just sign up for a new subscription whenever you want (the old one will just go away)
