Yes, people can subscribe to your calendar at: http://localendar.com/public/WoodbridgeBand.ics Please be aware that your localendar ics feed will *always* contain the precise information about the events on your calendar. Some other sites (notably Google) will cache calendar feeds, and not update them sometimes for as long as several hours. Sometimes you can make a change at localendar, and Google won't show it for hours.
