We would like to recommend rescheduling user-submitted reminders for changed events as a feature.

No need to suggest it - we'd like to do it smile

The challenge is just figuring out how to have it work for repeating events and make sense... Possibly we could start by trying it for non-repeating events which should be less of a problem (of course, when a non-repeating event is changed to a repeating one..or vice versa, the complexities resurface)
