Regarding the line spacing issue... I believe the root cause may be some work we did to exclude custom HTML on user-added events (this may be going overboard and removing line breaks).
The reason we removed the ability for "external" users to add custom HTML was we saw malicious visitors attempting to redirect people to bogus sites (malware, fake ads, scams, etc). We're looking at this now.

On the "Everyone gets a notification" issue.. right now the notifications are sent to the email address under Options->Security. It should be technically possible to create an email group (say, using Yahoo or Google) and using that group's email address on this screen. However... that means that if someone requested a password reset for your account, everyone in the group would get it!

I understand your concern. For my use, that would not be the end of the world.

A "Now" option is interesting.. but kind of unworkable and klunky. Although I get that you are asking for some kind of Notification function for when events are added. There are definitely free web page monitoring services out there that might work..

I had never heard of monitoring services. Any names that I can look into?

I think what you are asking for is a new option under the Options page for something like "Notify all calendar admins when an event has been added" (instead of just the calendar owner). Give us a bit to see what would be involved there.. but that sounds like the most straightforward approach.

That would work, except I need this option to be for those who have View Permission, not just those who have Admin Permission. I looked at giving everyone Admin Permission when I was trying to convince you to add an Edit option, but without knowing localendar, my folks who get into all kinds of trouble.
