Re: Problems with Sharing Feature
Marc:

Only those with admin permissions.
But what is new is that calendar managers can now get notified when new events are added/edited. That was not previously possible.

View-only members will not get notifications.
That doesn't really help me. In one of these threads, long ago, I noted that most of the folks in this group have neither the interest, nor the skill, to be an Administrator. That lets them get to all the features of the program, and it would be too easy for them to mess it all up. So I only have one other person, in addition to myself, listed as an Administrator.

My problem still remains: how do I get 'instant' notification to those on the 'View Permission' list? For example, would it be possible to have an option other than 'Full Access' under 'Admin Permissions', which would NOT allow the person to access the basic program, so I would not have to worry about them making changes there?

The "?" icon was to help people understand what a "delegated admin" is. Not clear? Do you think different wording would be better>
I think it is fine. Probably no one else is in my exact situation, so they would not even think about it applying to View Permission listings.
