Sudden loss of premium features!
We use the $50 per year webmaster calendar as the premium features are really important to us. However, I noticed today that they had all disappeared and we were back to the free calendar.

I realised that our subscription must have expired so I immediately renewed but the subscription hasn't re-activated yet. How long does it take to re-activate? Why don't people get warning emails when their subscription is coming up to renewal? I had thought it was set up to renew automatically.

I have now raised a ticket on this to try to get our subscription reactivated ASAP but I don't know how long this will take.

Is it possible to pay for subscriptions more than a year in advance to avoid this happening again? It is really important for the premium features to keep working without interuption.
