Re: Sudden loss of premium features! I renewed a second time just in case the first payment hadn't gone through although I was sent the paypal receipt. Even after the second payment the premium account still hasn't activated. Please could you activate it ASAP as the premium features are essential for us. We have now paid two lots of $50, so please could you either refund one of the payments or just extend our subscription out to 2 years. But the priority is to get the premium features working again ASAP. |
