Re: Paid my fee on paypal after my 30 day free trial, but cannot activate the account. Per my note in the other thread, I see your subscription is active. Sometimes PayPal is slower in sending us notifications (partly the reason we moved to Stripe - but now we are once again back on Paypal after having some issues with Stripe as well) I show you are currently through 3/18/2019. Paypal (and Stripe for that matter) should automatically renew a few days before the subscription ends so you shouldn't have an interruption like this in the future (that is, unless your credit card # changes, which is another story: even if you update your cc# on Paypal, they will still try and charge the old one. We haven't found a good solution to this issue yet.
