Re: Multiple calendars At the simplest level, events can be marked as either Public or Private. So you could add all your "internal stuff" as Private Events, and they would not appear on your public calendar view. Now.. what about those people that need to see Private Events besides yourself? I would probably sign up for a Webmaster subscription, which will let you have other calendar admins. Those people will be able to sign into their account and switch over to your calendar, and view/edit/update the Private (and Public) events there as well. Of course, if you trust everyone who needs to see these events, then you could just have the 1 account and share your password.
