Re: How to change billing information You are currently subscribed via Paypal. Unfortunately, Paypal does not allow payment details for an active subscription to be changed. Our solution is to tell members to cancel the subscription so that it does not auto-renew. You will not lose any information or features. When the subscription finally ends (in your case this was 2 days ago ;)) you can sign up using a different account.
