Thanks for the reply! Here are the answers to your questions in red:

I have to do some testing to see if maybe there is a way to export and re-import to make things easier (out of curiosity, do you have access to a spreadsheet tool like Excel?) I do have access to Excel. I actually use excel to keep myself on track while making the updates.

Also - do all of the dates move forward by a fixed amount (i.e., 1 month), or does the update effect differently? Sometimes the dates move forward in a fixed amount (if everything works out perfectly) which is ideal, but only if there are no holidays that fall within the schedule. If there is a holiday, it will skip days and the schedule will be altered a bit and have to be pushed out to accommodate for the holidays.

When you do update the dates, are you moving (for example) the first Monday of the month to the first monday of the following month, or from the 5th of the month to the 5th of next month? No. It is not the same start date every month (like 1st Monday of the month, etc.). It is sporadic. However, if the program is Tue/Thurs, it will always start on a Tues and follow the same schedule pattern (whether it's an 8-week program or 5-week program) with the above exceptions (see above response that talks about Holidays).
