When you first install the app, you should be taken to a welcome page that reads:

Connect the Weebly App to localendar
You're almost done!

If you have never used localendar before (or wish to create a new account), please click the Sign Up link

If you already have an account at localendar that you want to link to your weebly site, then please Log In

As an existing localendar user, you will want to choose the section option.

But:
Since you are already seeing a calendar (and it's not your existing one), that means you (or someone else) has already gone through this first step, and probably chosen the first option by mistake. My suggestion is to remove the app from Weebly and re-install it so that you can re-connect weebly to your existing localendar account.
