The Paypal ticket you opened noted "item not received" but I do see an active subscription. Are you using the Weebly app, or are you embedding localendar HTML directly?

If you are using the Weebly app, then the issue is that you did not purchase the correct subscription. You purchased a Basic subscription, and the app clearly states in multiple areas that the Webmaster level subscription is required.

If you want a refund, please let us know. If you purchase the correct subscription level, you should not have any errors with weebly.
