Re: Problem with 'Edit Repeating Event' Hmmm.. From the workflow you describe, it sounds like a roundabout way of trying to skip certain occurrences :) I would recommend setting the event to repeat exactly how you did, but instead of trying to delete occurrences that fall on a specific date, I would open the (main) event in the Event Editor, and use the "Skip occurrences that fall on specific dates" button to exclude the dates you don't want included.
