3/18/22 Outage There was an outage this afternoon-evening preceded by some general slowdown. The problem was eventually determined to be a faulty VM at our hosting provider. Also, a process which should have been in place prior to the outage which would have disabled this VM (as well as sent some preemptive alerts) was apparently not running. We are still trying to determine the root cause for this item in particular.
