Re: Two big problems with Premium Account! We just retested event reminders and notifications for "visitor-added" calendar events and all emails are going out (and being received) correctly. We will check "password reset" emails shortly. If you aren't seeing emails *and* they are not in your spam folder, it's possible your ISP is blocking them at a higher level. Can you open a support ticket and share your email address?
