It may be that the two problems have the same root cause - neither the password reset emails nor the visitor-added calendar emails are getting through due to the change to Godaddy's email servers. Remind me how to open a support ticket. I had a (totally different) problem last year and you didn't receive my emails through the support ticket system and the only way I could communicate initially with you was via these forums. Then I think we ended communicating via your email address. I will try the support ticket again as it may now work for me if you remind me how it works. I just have a regular gmail address so and the emails are not my spam folder. |
