I don't think your support ticket system works anymore. When I had a problem a few years ago the only way I could contact you was via these forum as you never got the support tickets. I have tried again just now in case it is working again. I have sent you the following message via your support ticket system

"It is no longer possible to access or update my credit card details on the Localendar website for my subscription to premium.

It used to be possible to see which card was being used and to change it to a different card and also to just pay for the premium if the subscription failed to work automatically.

Could you fix this on the website but if not I will give you my new card details for you to update my subscription - I can't remember exactly which I card I am currently using but it might be from an account that no longer exists."

Your ticket system said

"The form was submitted successfully. Ticket #89443 has been created for your issue."

I suspect you won't get the ticket though. My problem is that I can't cancel the subscription at Localendar end as I can't see the card details or do anything with them. If you do get the ticket we can communicate via that and sort things out that way but if you don't please can you email me at clogevents@gmail.com. (You may have to use your personal email to get through as you needed to do that last time).

PS This is nothing to do with Paypal. I am pretty sure I am using Stripe to pay by card
