Wsyncs applet error when trying to export calendar Hi! I have a premium personal acccount -- my username is llij. I'm trying to export my calendar to Outlook (really, I just need a CSV...), but am getting an error message when I launch the Wyncs applet. Here's what happens: I click Export I enter the start and end dates I click the "Sync Events" button It displays a window that says "Downloading data file" and then it presents the Web Sync window with a list of my appointments. So far so good. I click the Synchronize button, and it displays a status window that says "Synchronizing with Outlook, please wait." About a second later, it throws an error on top of the status window that says, "The end date you entered occurs before the start date" even though the dates I have selected are appropriate. Regardless of what dates I enter on the previous screen, I get the error; I've tried a bunch of date combinations, I even tried selecting just one week. If I click OK to that error message, the "Synchronizing with Outlook, please wait" window behind it stays up, but no syncrhonization (or export) occurs. (I let it run over my lunch hour just to see...) I'm using Windows XP/SP2 with IE6/SP2. Thanks for your help! |
