Re: Cancelling Subscriptions Ok, support. I need a refund for the payment that was taken from my account this month. I cancelled my subscription months ago by emailing support yet the you still billed the anual fee. I don't think the option to cancel at paypal existed at the time. Anyway, how do I proceed?
