Premium Personal to Premium Webmaster Hello On the 16th August I paid $9.95 to PayPal for the 'Premium Personal', only to find that some of the extra items I wanted to use were in the 'Premium Webmaster'. I would now like to upgrade, but I do not want to lose the original $9.95, being only two day's old. Is there a way to get a refund and start again? I contacted PayPal and they sent me to you.
