time to upgrade confirm sharing It's time I upgradred to the premium version. I just want to check that it is going to do what I want. We are running a dive charter business and work with a number of B&B and lodge accomodations. I want to be able to publish my dive calendar and allow the b&b's to publish there bookings so we can book each other with confidance and not have to phone or email each other everytime. So basically I want to: Merge multiple members calendars into one (public event) I want only a few members which I will set up but I want the world to be able to view the merged calendar. Finally I want general info only available to the world and would like to have details available only to the members. I want to use the discussion board feature also as a "guest book" I don't want people to have to sign up to use it. will this work. I have enjoyed using the calendar so far and look forward to using the advanced features I think it's a cool idea although I am perhaps using it differently than you expected but it looks like it will work and perhaps you should promoite otherw susing it this way. You can see the attached link to see how I am using it. http://www.divemaster.ca/bookings.htm Finally on a technical note I have noted that if I want an event to run over multiple days it does not seem to work. I have to enter it for each day ? IN ther past I noted the the time of day was not right and I suspected it was based on teh time of day at your timezone not mine, is that correct. ---------------------------------------- Lets go Diving |
