Re: time to upgrade confirm sharing Hmmm... not sure we have everything you want. Let me run through the list.
Check. It sounds like you will create 1 main calendar (that's the one that will merge in all the other calendars and will require the premium subscription) and several individual "booking" calendars. Yourself, and each lodge you have create a calendar can add their events there (using their own id/password) and you'll get a single, unified view. Color-coded by sub-calendar, if you like. This merged calendar will be visible to anyone (by default)
Ahhh.. the tricky part. We don't have a method for parts of an event to be shown, and parts to be hidden (say, a title that shows "Booked" that anyone can see, but only allowing some people to click the event to view the details)
Alas, also no. We currently require that an account be created before posting to the forums. Largely, this is a method for preventing abuse/spamming of the system.
No - you can enter an event and have it repeat. On the Event Editor, click "this event repeats" and set the end date, as well as the dates it reoccurs on. You can do some complicated things here. We need to add a simpler "repeat for the next x days" option though, I admit. You are also correct about the time of day. Our servers are set on EST. Even if they were set on GMT, you never know where your users are actually viewing your site from. We played around a bit with detecting the user's local timezone and using that to mark 'Today', but had some issues that led to this being rolled back temporarily. ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
