There seems to be some buggy things happening with this tool and in order to complete my evaluation of this tool to determine if this will be the implementation of choice, I need these problems resolved.

I don't think there are any problems on our side to be resolved (note; that your message is not part of a chorus of people posting the same problems - it seems restricted to your environment)

You need to have cookies, javascript, page caching, etc set up for a web application like localendar to work correctly. I'm not sure what you're clicking on to get these Oops messages, or being taken to different calendars you've created; but we have hundreds of thousands of members who use localendar without difficulty. If all else fails, I'd try using localendar from a different computer.
