Re: Outage on Tues, March 22 I sent 3 support requests on the 22nd and they all bounced back to me as undeliverable after 24 hours had passed... and since I couldn't get into my calendar, I also couldn't get into this forum to find out what was up either. So you can take a thwap at me for not asking for help but your track record hasn't been too good this last week. By the way, Google never has 36 hours of downtime. An hour here, an hour there... while annoying, wouldn't run me off right away. Two downtimes in five months that were considerable in length aren't just annoying, they represent a money loss as well for my client, and a time loss for me. After working with the sync program for over an hour I figured out it wasn't going to let me download the whole calendar, I could only get it to work in 1 month chunks. I thought you might like to know that it has problems. I didn't expect help, because your support system so far hasn't worked for me. But you are quick to answer negative comments in your forum, I'll give you that. |
