Merge Calendars, Switch Premium fee
I had been using one calendar for over a year and paid the premium service. I just created a website and tried to publish that calendar on my website. I followed all of the directions, but Step 3 never showed up giving me a code. I tried for several days, but it never showed up at the bottom of the screen.

Since my website was launching in days, I created a new calendar and merged my old one onto it. When I tried to publish this new one, it gave me the code to copy/paste immediately. I do not want to have to pay two premium service fees. Is there a way that I can transfer my original premium service fee to my new calendar?
