I think we recently made some changes to our reverse dns record which will hopefully let more messages get to their destinations. Ultimately some mail clients (and ISPs) may mistakenly consider our mail bulk or "spam", and if you can't find it mistakenly in some "spam" folder, you will need to contact your isp and ask why they're blocking it. I would say, give it 1 more try before sending a note your your ISP.
