Re: Paid for basic premium, it has been 25 minutes still not updated I see your premium Basic subscription was activated as of Dec 18,2007 at 3:51. So I'm not sure if you are still having difficulty. I apologize for any delay greater than 25 minutes for activation. This is a bust time of year for PayPal, and I have noticed some delay in their notifications.
