Can the Calendar do this? I am hoping to find a calendar that allows several people to make postings but what I need to see on the monthly layout is about 10 or 15 names as I want to use it for scheduling. So I dont want to have to use a hover feature or anything like that I just want to be able to look at the grid and see the names present Can I do that with this calendar? |

Re: Can the Calendar do this? I can think of 2 methods: One is creating a custom category for each "name". Then, you can allow members to make posts and choose the category corresponding to their name. A legend at the bottom of the calendar would show which events belong to whom. Two: Give each of the 15 people their own personal calendar logons and let them post events as they wish. Then, create a single master calendar that merges in the events from the 15 individual calendars The first approach has a weakness in that is requires people to select the appropriate category. The second will require at least Premium Basic subscription.
