How can a page break be inserted into a PDF printout?
How do I insert a page break into a monthly calendar so the whole week is on the same page of the printout. Currently the events for a particular day of the week may be on two pages.

Alas, I don't have a solution for you at this time (other than manually pasting it into something like MS Word and trying to mangle it from there)

It's a simple issue we have struggled with, which is partly why we haven't offered our own pdf export at this time.
