Outlook 2007 and Ical
I am trying to sync the internet calender with outlook 2007 and keep getting the following error.

Error occured during processing calendar unrecognized calendar format..

I installed the iCal for Outlook plug in.

Could you be a little more specific about how you are syncing? Are you trying to upload/import an ics file generated from Outlook? A CSV file?

Please walk me through the steps you are taking so I can better understand the problem.
