Payment mailed over 1 month ago, not showing in account Being a government agency, we were required to mail payment because we cannot hold a Paypal account. The payment was mailed over one month ago but it is not showing any changes to the account and access/calendar capabilities. |

We receive a lot of payments and members dont remember to include the member name, so we don't know what account to apply it to. The subscription purchased was for the Co-Brander Ultra, as we need the capability to do more than one calendar. The address probably would have been: 2051 Kaen Road Oregon City, Oregon 97045 It would be issued from Clackamas County, Oregon |

If so, I can go ahead and enable that while you track down the payment.
