Payment Sent - Now notified Account is Canceled
My Paypal is not set up for auto draw. After receiving first notification from localendar that the payment failed, I sent a payment via paypal. I also sent an email via your portal to customer service to notify you of transaction ID and account information. I just received an email telling me the the premium service for my account is canceled. Does anyone respond to the customer service requests?

The most recent support ticket I see is from 9:27 this morning.

Regarding your previous ticket, it was answered Mar 4:
"Have you recently changed any of your billing information?" (we did not receive any response)

For the transaction id you pasted, we did not get a notification from Paypal. It appears that it did go through, however, it also states:

 
Amount: $9.95 USD Date of payment failure: Feb 22, 2013 Subscription Name: Premium Basic Subscription Number: S-3DF511758X612740A Item Number: 0987654321


I suspect this is an issue on Paypal's side to not correctly send the notification. I am going to activate your subscription manually.

The previous ticket I sent the 22nd of February was answered March 4th? Is there somewhere I should have been looking for the response other than my email? The only mail I received regarding this was, from Paypal saying the subscription was cancelled on March 2nd. I would like to know this information for the future.

What information is it that you would like to know? That the subscription was funded/activated? Paypal did not send us notification about the payment completing after the initial failures, which is what resulted in the delay activating your subscription.
