My premium status.
HCAcalendar is showing an ad at the bottom.
Both of my uploaded images have disappeared. I see “0” space available.
Is my Premium status due for renewal? I don’t see anything telling me when it expires.[ I have not received a bill./

I checked into your calendar and found that your expiration date was 2/24/13, which would definitely explain the ads you are seeing. All you need to do is re-subscribe.
For the future, your expiration date is always listed below the subscription icon to the left of your calendar when you are logged in.
