Is there an Affiliate Program?
if one brings in multiples of people who order separate calendars, in order that separate schedules be able to merge into one calendar, and they all later upgrade, .. is there an affiliate program one should be entered into before bringing all this about?

Not presently; although we do offer calendar cobranding:

We also provide subscription packages for Cobranding which would provide all of the features of a Premium Webmaster to an unlimited number of your cobranded calendars.
