trouble importing from outlook 2010
getting error message 'not ics file' when trying to import data from my Outlook 2010 file. Saved calendar, rechecked that format and file extension are both ics

The best thing to do is open a support ticket so you can send us the actual file.
You can also check to make sure the ics file is valid at
