WEBMASTERS w/ Numerous Websites - Happy w/ Localendar? I'd like to get an idea from REAL webmasters handling many websites what you experience w/ this company has been. Has this been doing the job for your NUMEROUS customers? Are you HAPPY w/ localendar's service? Do you find localendar's service to be prompt? How long does it take localendar to reply? Do you get a robo-email reply for issues that Customer Service should take ownership of? Or do you get a robo-email telling you to seek help via the Support Forums - EVEN when the issue is FINANCIAL and not technical? I have to ask as I'm wondering if this is the right company to do business with? To that end, have you jumped ship? To who and why? |
