Link won't work

I am having an issue creating a link within an event. The calendar gets an error saying it can't find the location. But, if I cut and paste the link to another browser tab it finds it fine.

The link I am trying to go to is:
ehub31.webhostinghub.com/~oursav5/misc/Bulletin - January 26 2014.pdf

What am I doing wrong?

Please make sure to start your links with "http://"
Otherwise, a web browser will assume that the link is local to the current server (which in this case would be us)
