Table questions I am trying to set up a simple list of questions to be answered by people who volunteer to patrol our parks. After their shift, I want them to fill in the information so the police superintendent can see their answers. Localendar seems like a perfect way to do this, and I have set up a separate Localender that only the volunteers & the police can access. Most of the volunteers will only enter this data a few times over the year, so I want to make their entries as easy to do and as foolproof as possible. The only way that seems close to do what I want is the Table feature in the Event Description. 1. Is there any information as to what all the options on the 'Table' dropdown menu do? There is nothing in the documentation, and I can't find anything in the forums. 2. I plan to enter the questions in advance. Is there any way I can add code so the volunteers can only enter data in the blank cells, and not change any of the questions or the Event Title? 3. The Table Cell Properties options allow me to put a border around cells, and change their background color. The background color is displayed correctly on the resulting calendar, but the border never appears. Also, it seems that a dotted border is the only type of border that is available. Any help would be appreciated. Harry |

Re: Table questions So we don't exactly have the functionality you are after... yet But we are on the cusp of releasing some scheduling-related features that may be more in line with what you're after. We plan on adding some video demos to the site soon and asking for a few select beta testers to get their feedback. I'll keep you in mind for that list. Regarding the border issue, a link and some more direction to the event in question is always helpful ![]() ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
