I generally handle the support forums, and someone else handles the email renewal requests. *Usually* I try to give that person an opportunity to get renewals done if there is a problem before responding to the forum message (because sometimes people immediately post in both places).. In this case, it looks like neither of us got to you in a timely fashion.
