confused   Premium Account
I paid for $29.95 for the premium account and it doesn't show that I did. I have sent several emails and have not heard back. In addition, I requested Premium Webmaster for the WRONG account. It was initially submitted under /MelissaReeder and it should have been /jlsbnet. Can you please apply the premium webmaster to this account (/jlsbnet). In addition, I made this request on 2/23/06 and to-date, neither account shows that it is a premium account. Can you please advise when it will be activated? confused

Can someone please assist me? No one answers the support@localendar.com emails -- nor is anyone responding to this posting. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

support@localendar.com isn't monitored sad . You should have received an auto-response to this effect (PayPal requires an account email however). The quickest solution for this type of issue is to use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the calendar page.

But anyway! I've activated your jlsbnet account. You will want to go to PayPal and cancel the subscription you created for the MelissaReeder account. When the jlsbnet subscription is ready to expire next March, you can renew from that account.

I went to paypal and cancelled the subscription per your request. I am in the JLSB account and do not see that the premium account services are activated. Can you please advise when they will be active and ready for use? Thank you for your expeditious cooperation!!

But that's the JLSB account, not jlsbnet as you requested.

Besides that, you have 2 jlsb accounts. One created at localendar.com, and one created at localendar.com/cobrand/jlsb

What account do you want the subscription on?

I'm sorry for the confusion. I don't know how I have so many accounts. I am unable to log into jlsbnet. When I go to 'forgot password' - they say there is nothing for jlsbnet. I am confused on the difference between jlsb vs. cobranding/jlsb.

Any assistance you can provide ... I need the premier status set up for a JLSB account. I only need ONE JLSB account. Any assistance you provide will be greatly appreciated.

For your account jlsb that you access at http://www.localendar.com
(the public address is http://www.localendar.com/public/jlsb)

I hope you know the password (or can request it) for that account (hint: something@something.net)

I cannot change the paypal subscription information for you (security and all that wink ) but I cancelled/refunded your subscription on the jlsbnet account. You can now sign up for the jlsb account above.

I also put a 30-day premium trial on that jlsb account so you can start using the premium features before you get a subscription in place.
