Weebly Integration Issues I had a trial of Localendar on my Weebly site. It ran out, and I upgraded to a premium subscription today. I can get the calendar to show up using an iframe (custom HTML block) on Weebly but it won't show up on a mobile site that way, and if I try to insert it through the Localendar app in Weebly I just get the notice about needing to upgrade to a Premium plan. Any suggestions? |

Re: Weebly Integration Issues Can you post a link to your weebly site so we can check out the behavior? Were you using the weebly plugin from localendar, or did you integrate localendar into your weebly site yourself? ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Weebly Integration Issues Of course - the site is http://www.putnamcountycvb.com/calendar.html I have tried both. When I use the weebly plugin, I get the "upgrade your subscription" message. When I integrate myself using an HTML block (what is currently shown) I either get it to work through an iframe - but that won't show up on mobile devices (current situation), or if I try to past the HTML code that has a fully integrated calendar, the upgrade subscription message shows up there as well. |

Re: Weebly Integration Issues When I look at the source for the site now, I don't see that you are using an iframe. I see the old <script> method for including a calendar: <SCRIPT src="//localendar.com/public/putnamcountycvb?include=Y&dynamic=Y"></SCRIPT> I was expecting maybe you were using the new responsive iframe: <script type="text/javascript" src="//localendar.com/js/PublishedResponsiveIframe.js"></script> That said... the plugin (which uses the responsive iframe btw) is really what you should be using with weebly, and I'd like to know why you are getting the upgrade message... Ah - I see what it is. You have a "personal" subscription which is incompatible with weebly.. Weebly requires Premium Webmaster to work correctly. Well, before we mess with the subscription levels, can you try the code I pasted above instead of what you have now? ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |

Re: Weebly Integration Issues That is better, but on the mobile version is still cut off. I'm glad to upgrade if that is what Weebly integration requires. I am not sure how I missed that. Should I just do that through the localendar website? |

Re: Weebly Integration Issues Good to hear things are working better. From this email thread and the support tickets I am seeing, I think you are actually working with two different localendar accounts: putnamcvb and putnamcountycvb I'd like to consolidate this discussion to the support ticket so we only have 1 conversation on the topic (my other reason is we're also talking about account upgrades, etc which are a more 1:1 topic) ---------------------------------------- Marc Higgins Support Associate, localendar.com Follow us on Twitter! http://www.twitter.com/localendar_news |
