Subscription Renewal not an option
My subscription (on 2 accounts) will expire in 2 weeks. These subscriptions were previously paid by cheque by someone whom is no longer involved in the process. I would like to renew by credit card and have tried to renew online but there is no option to do so.

I have generated invoices but would prefer not to pay by cheque.

These subscriptions are important to my organization and we do not want them to expire.

Am I missing something?

Re: Subscription Renewal not an option
Yes, since you have an active premium account, you will not be able to sign up for a new subscription until the current premium plan expires on Aug 17

On Aug 17 (since you were paying by check previously and don't have any automatic renewal) your subscription will expire and premium features will de-activate. You will not lose any calendar information. The most obvious change is that ads will appear on your calendar.

What will also change is that you will have a "Subscribe Now!" link on the left menu. That will take you to the same subscription page I think you are currently viewing, but now there will be a button to sign up.

We have used various payment processors (Stripe, Paypal, etc). All should allow you to pay with a credit card. The new subscription you create will renew automatically each year unless you cancel.
