How do I establish a Premium Sub-Account I need to establish multiple calendars and purchased the Premium Subscription to be able to do this. Apologies if I missed this but I can't seem to find any documentation on how to do that other than a reference to creating new accounts. Since the new accounts would not have the same administrator rights ... how do I tie the new accounts to my existing Premium account to enable them as "sub-Accounts"? |

Re: How do I establish a Premium Sub-Account With Premium Personal and Premium Webmaster (the subscription you purchased) only 1 calendar (the one with the subscription) will have Premium features. If you want multiple calendars, with each having Premium-features, you have 2 options 1) Create new logins (there is 1 calendar per login) and purchase a subscription for each one (Personal or Webmaster) or.. 2) Set up free basic Cobranding on your "WickedBastard" account (https://localendar.com/calendar/cobranding) and purchase a Cobrander Ultra subscription (we would have to cancel/refund your webmaster subscription) With Cobranding, you will have a special signup & login screen just for your account (where you will create your new accounts). And with the Ultra subscription, all accounts you create from that special screen will each have the features of their own Premium Webmaster-level subscription. Re: How do I establish a Premium Sub-Account The receipt said we purchased "Premium Cobrander Deluxe". We selected the top co-brander option ... so not sure what happened here. It appears that we got a discounted rate of $129.95 instead of the $149.95. Were the prices raised after we purchased? |

Re: How do I establish a Premium Sub-Account Nope - that is the correct pricing (it's change over times though) You didn't mention you already purchased Cobrander, and when I looked at the "WickedBastard" account I only see our 30-day trial of Webmaster. When I went and checked in Paypal, it appears the subscription was purchased for an account "wbcycles". Is that account yours as well? Re: How do I establish a Premium Sub-Account Unfortunately, Paypal doesn't allow us to transfer subscriptions, so I'm going to have to cancel/refund wbcycles and you'll have to sign up for WickedBastard. I've also grandfathered the WickedBastard account under the same pricing as wbcycles.
