How to change billing information
I need to change our billing information so the next payment for our premium service will come from another account. I don't see a way to do this. Please advise.

You are currently subscribed via Paypal.
Unfortunately, Paypal does not allow payment details for an active subscription to be changed.

Our solution is to tell members to cancel the subscription so that it does not auto-renew. You will not lose any information or features.

When the subscription finally ends (in your case this was 2 days ago ;)) you can sign up using a different account.

Since we missed the window here, please lmk if you want me to cancel/refund the most recent transaction on your account so you can use a different one.
